The Danish Design Centre in short
The Danish Design Center was founded in 1978. Throughout its history, the centre has worked to strengthen the knowledge and application of Danish design for the benefit of business, design and society at large.

We work to create new value for companies, people and society through experimental projects, and our work is based on design thinking, methods, and processes. During the period 2016-2018, more than 6,000 business executives, designers and decision-makers have participated in our events; company courses, workshops, talks, conferences, and more.

The Danish Design Center is housed in BLOX in Copenhagen, but we have activities throughout Denmark with an economic connection to the Ministry of Business and a budget of DKK 30 million. Our team consists of 35 people, and Christian Bason currently holds the position of CEO.
